The time pattern of more time spent in one direction equals where price action is going doesn't always agree with reality. The chart examples clearly show support and resistance levels being respected which to me is a better pattern to follow. You should do a video on S/R ;)

Top Dog indeed, I only wish I knew half of what Barry Burns has forgotten about trading! No trader that isn't already in that esteemed top 5% should miss these excellent videos. Anyone serous about wanting to trade for a living needs to get this kind of education.
One thing I notice about most successful traders is they don't clutter up their charts.
They also focus on price action, note major S&R levels, and use at most 1 or 2 classic indicators such as MA's and/or Stochastics to help confirm a trade decision.
Having been deceived too many times by the next shiny object and blown up several demo accounts, I now see the wisdom of learning from the best and ignoring the rest. -
your videos are good n voice is very caring ,,thank you

Assuming u have a combo of book n practical experience knowledge with your illustrations, how many of these techniques do u use w/out ref to "context" of the mkt in general &/or the individual instrument itself? (i.e. trigger 'em automatically) Do u keep tabs on how often these indicator/set ups (or whatever) are winning trades for you? Appreciate learning anything new, mkt wise. Tks!! +TopDogTrading

Barry, thanks for another great video based on logic, I'm trying to uncomplicate my trading and these videos really help.
I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on VWAP if possible , I can't make up my mind whether it is any more useful than a moving average like the 50 sma. All the best, Mark.
