Trading Forex With No Indicator - Part 1 | Forex
Information | Currency | Markets | Fx | Video | Assets | Lesson | Trading
http://www.ForexExaminer.com - Trading Forex with no indicator is nothing new. Before there were charts traders "read the tape". There is a lot of talk as if indicators are a bad thing and that trading Forex with no indicator is the only way to trade Forex successfully. The truth is there is no one way to trade Forex successfully. You can choose to trade using indicators or choose to trade strictly based upon price action. Both methods can be used separately and in combination to trade profitably.

I appreciate you taking the time to comment. I have always been a fan of longer time frames as well. There is really nothing quite like the momentum of a huge trend. I'm glad that you like the video and happy to hear you mention, "screen time" and "hard analysis work". It is always refreshing when someone touches on the reality that successful trading requires hard work.

I agree on both arguments. I personaly found just price action combined with trends & larger time frame placement works best for me, but each to there own. Finding what works for you is a matter of screen time & hard analysis work & then applying rules to your findings. I have a few vids with real live trades underway with explanations & rules. Great video by the way.

You are correct...both candlesticks and bars are created using the selected time interval's open, high, low, and close. Thank you for taking the time to make a comment.

Glad to see that you are a fan of price action. Thank you for your input.

Thank you for your comment. Using volume in conjunction with price action can be quite effective.

Any *Technical* indicator that is derived from 8 market data elements becomes a blurred view of the real price / market action. The raw data elements are Time, Open, Close, High, Low, Volume, Ask and Bid. - Thanks SmartQuant, a good video.
