how do i apply risk reward to starting capital ?

In your previous videos you say that afternoon trades have the potential to be manipulated because of their lower volume. However, you are using this afternoon trade as an example of R/R. It would be very interesting to see a R/R example of a trade at the open, when you have to set the R/R immediately after the bell and you may not have such clear support and resistance levels. How do you do that? Also, I disagree that in the example above your real risk is only 0.03$. If the trade finally goes against you and violates an apparently good support as $12 in this case, you are probably going to have a bigger fall and your trade will be filled with a considerable slippage.

Great Video. I did not understand prior watching this video about Risk Reward , used wrong entry staying too far away from and had risk reward less than 1 manyn times. Thanks a lot for sharing this , i get a good idea about Risk Reward and hopefully follow it. Good luck and thanks for sharing it.
