This was a perfect example of the Stop hit pattern on the AUDCAD 4 hour time-frame. We sold the AUDCAD at resistance after a few stall candles formed above the breakout level. The market sentiment was extremely bullish as it pushed up to the resistance level formed last week. After reaching resistance the bulls were quickly silenced, which was followed by a complete stall out. In short, we transitioned from a strong push to the upside to a complete stall which was followed by an engulfing signal that ended up pushing the market back below the breakout level.
