    ........Nice spreadsheet info...... However, if you want to be taken seriously to these new grand claims and that you are changed person from the lying. Stealing, snake-oil snailman that you have been. Please don’t take these adjectives of yourself as meaning you’re hated, which I think you do.
    
    These are words that have been connecting to your name by your doing. No one else.
    
    I am writing to guide you to a better way and to clear your soiled name.
    
    Start by showing the official statement from the broker - on their stationary with your name on it, which should include all symbols traded as well as entry and exit times as well as profit and loss for each entry/exit. The statement would have the name of the broker-dealer, their address and phone number.
    
    Yes, a real broker-dealer where a real account is held that will show real funds deposited. Also show the “live traders” account statements dated in 2015 on them. Not Charlie Vaccaro’s old statements like you did some time ago. Or the fabricated ones made at VCM.
    
    Considering your history running Velez Capital management (VCM) and what happened there (terrible what you did there taking all those peoples’ money and not returning it), let’s see undisputed proof of your current words of claim.
    
    IT can only be to your benefit to do it. Consider me a business advisor to those like you that want to come out from the dark side of their past, but don’t know how. I think you’d agree that it’s not easy shaking off being called a thief, and much worse.
    
    I am asking you to prove your claim with undeniable, factual documentation that no one could dispute as being true. The truth will set you free. You really need to silence the doubters, the skeptics and most importantly, The Haters.
    
    BTW, does asking a salesman (any type) for proof of his claims make the questioner a hater in you view? I mean, can anyone ask Oliver Velez for proof and not be a hater? I don’t want to be labeled a hater for asking for documentations of your claims. I think that it is a fair request, since you are putting yourself out as a master trader and want others to do business with you based on that. That is not unreasonable.
    
    You claim that you’ve made this money in August. By your post, it’s assumed that this is a “real money” prop trading account. Is it real money or is this a simulated, paper trading account?
    
    The question has to be asked and answered Oliver. You claimed Dan Mielcarski was or is your top trader. Dan was caught showing his P&L as if it was a real money account, but it turned out to a simulator/paper-trading account. Shame on Dan. It’s on video Dan and Oliver.
    
    And neither you nor Dan has a series 7 or 56 license, so you are not prop traders. The Buying Power in your videos does not change when flat, so prop account, which it is not. Simulator….
    
    If you do have a real account, show the statement with the broker-dealer name. You offer buying power at a prop firm. Who is this prop firm? Where are they? What U.S based firm is doing business with IFT to fund those accounts that you say you’ll fund?
    
    As you know, you as an unlicensed person cannot have a prop account or open prop accounts, so there must be a licensed person that is part of licensed prop broker-dealer to do this if somehow you are funding an account. But are there any funded accounts with your money in them? If so, those U.S citizens, if there are any funded accounts and if in the U.S. they had to pass the series 56 and would have to be register at that licensed prop broker-dealer. What is the name of that broker ???
    
    The only way around this is off-shore at illegal firms like Nonko. And let’s not forget the black hole you led people into to open Forex accounts off-shore that lost all their money.
    
    A review of your August Trades that you listed.
    
    The 18 trading days you presented averaged 46,290 shares traded per day and $4,167.33 profit per traded day.
    
    $75,011.86 divided by 833,222 shares means an average gain of $0.09 PER SHARE (or trade).

    Well Oliver, I advise you to be transparent. Show all that you have an account, not paper trading. And at a real prop firm in the U.S.
