I find this all a bit rich, when it's poor systems of hiring people that has landed Lex with people like Simon and Cleo in the first place! This is the kind of Hand-Washing, Pass The Buck attitude that from people like Lex that has taken us all into the financial ruin that we're all a part of, whether we like it or not, whether we make money from this or not!

This shows the importance of emotional stability and sound mental health. I sympathise with what Cleo was going through because in a way I have been there (self-esteem issues). Now that I am feeling stable and confident, I feel I can do more. Intelligence is not the only thing that matters.

At first I though Lex was not such a nice guy, but I understand he has been where they are and knows what to expect. Towards the end of the second episode it became really apparrent who would stay and who made excuses. If I was Emile and Amyt I would be ashamed of my actions on public television no less.

You would have to sit in front of a computer screen, making all those tough decision by yourself and in the end; you can’t say for sure that you’ll earn money out of that trade.
