In this video I go over how I track my performance using a 3 strep process: Step 1 - Ninjatrader automatically records all trades & generates P/L Step 2 - I copy the wins & losses each day into an excel sheet to track daily & weekly progress Step 3 - I journal my thoughts when I enter a trade or decide not to enter. You may also want to record videos of your trades to supplement your trade log. There is a great tool which makes this process simple if you;re using Metatrader. Just google: "metatrader-video-trade-recorder" for more info.
