I trade the 5 min chart averaging 5 trades a day, I average 60% wins at 2/1 reward to risk. Yes I'm very profitable. I wanted to share that if you did the maths 1% doesn't only protect yourself but you can actually make more with compounding by not having as large draw downs as 2% or more.

Hi, if your trade goes down a few pips you do not lose all the money, just part of it, am I right ? So even by investing 2% of your trading money, it is extremely impossible to lose it all. Am I understanding this concept thoroughly? Thanks

2% of the account-- hope you could keep it, You should know that people playing fx for money not for fun. If i get 2k in my account and i can afford it, i would like to earn10k by risking this 2k. I always limit 10% even sometime 20% if i am pretty sure about the trend!! Anyway, earning little money is better than losing it. Find your own trading
