Harmonics is a technical analysis method used in trading and Warren has spent years perfecting strategies using them. In this webcast he starts with the AB=CD pattern. The AB=CD pattern is a four point structure where the initial price move is retraced partially and then completes with an equal continuation move. It is used to identify potential turning points in the direction of the prevailing trend.

States in the chart that a retracement of 382 from the impulse leg projects an extension of 2618, but the 314 is said as a retracement. Is it a range between the 2, or 2618?

Great presentation Warren! Learned AB=CD quickly! Thank you!

Thank you Warren!!! That spreadsheet of retracements to extensions is great, there are many tutorials etc around on Harmonic trading, AB=CD, gartley's, bats etc, but none yet have revealed that great fib ratio complement spreadsheet and I was struggling to find it around in google.

hehe I forgot to to mention that AB=CD ( the way I trade it ) its actually a very tight Gartley :) where the "D" point completes EXACTLY at the "X" Point.

Hi, nice Vid, I LOVE TRADING AB=CD patterns, but my trading plan requires that the "D" point MUST be at the same level of a mayor or minor structure level ( support or resistance ) if its in a mayor structure, I enter just with that, if the "D" completes at a Minor structure level I just wait for my RSI divergence, if it doesn't show divergence I just skip the trade. :) AB=CD its REALLY POWERFULL
