Those analysis are indicators, it always work when you know how to use them. It wont work if you just predict and not reading the indicators. Over bought doesnt always mean you need to sell on those peaks and it doesnt mean you need to buy when price hits oversold. It is in the eye of the trader on what he wants to see and those indicators are just your friends and they are meant to help you not to pull the trigger. I think you just don't get it yet

If you used an effective risk to reward ratio then all your loosing trades shown in this video shouldn't have made you loose money in the long run even without other indicators. Of course you shouldn't use them alone but in conjuction with each other.

about rsi and macd you aren't using them 100% correct and you never use one indication alone. you must be simple or something :)

You are using them on 5 minute charts.. If you use them on longer time frames you can score more accurate trades with a lot more pips. Even in an uptrend if you put a sell in an overbought area it is going to break even at least. Using the RSI and MACD together is key as well, not just using them separately because a MACD can tell a certain story but you won't know if a situation is truly overbought without confirmation of an RSI.
