In this video I show every trade setup on the EUR/USD 1-hour chart using the strategy that I developed several years ago, and used profitably myself for years. I teach this strategy in video format in my Introduction to Forex Trading Course. It uses technical indicators and allows traders to know at-a-glance if they have a valid setup or not. I place 9 charts on my screen and am able to quickly scan the market for trade setups. My forex trading course is perfect for beginner traders, however, the strategy can be used by both novice and experienced traders. It may seem hard to believe, but technically by using my strategy, you could have traded just 1 lot of the EUR/USD on the 1-hour chart and profited over $500,000 by following my strategy, being patient and consistent. A common expectation of unprofitable traders is to find a technical strategy that never triggers losing trades, and a strategy that provides setups all day long on every time frame. These are unrealistic expectations and a surefire way to land among the 90% of unprofitable forex traders. The purpose of a technical strategy is not perfection. The quest for perfection is what keeps most traders from trading profitably. A good technical strategy helps you to identify a trend, trade setup and exit, provides more winning trades than losers, and allows for profits to exceed losses. You don't need perfection to trade profitably. Perfection does not exist in any aspect of life and expecting a strategy that never triggers setups that turn into losing trades is unrealistic. By showing every trade setup that occurred over the past 365 days you will see that the number of winning trades far exceeded losing trades, and that profits from winning trades were much larger than losses for most trades. Also, by being patient during periods of consolidation traders could have benefited days later When price followed through on setups to deliver 500+ pips on multiple occasions.
