Can someone please explain to me why with an RSI that is oversold would be in a 3 wave or a C wave?
Does it mean at the beginning of the 3 wave as a buy signal and the end of the C wave at another buy signal?

First let me just say that Jamie is a great presenter his lecture themes are logically laid out and his presentation style is easy to follow and take notes. Equally importantly he called it right at the end of his seminar - that Elliott on its own doesn't really tell you much but can be powerful when used with other tools such as indicators what the current environment is doing. He had the maturity at the beginning of the lecture to say that his earlier approach was wrong. Well done
