I am using something very similar. Only issue that I found is that if we are caught in a consolidating area, we need more money to cover for margin required (too many iterations of hedge system)

What is going to end up happening is your second order will hit stop loss as well.. the issue is the small stop loss.. Why not just sell at better positions ( go off daily charts and weekly charts ) and hold when the market goes against you..
